Q. How long will it take to receive my equipment?
A. Your order is processed immediately after we have the shipping and payment information resolved. We ship the material from the warehouse in 24 to 48 hours. Normal transit time to India for Full Container is 4 weeks. Normal transit time to India for LTL is 6-8 weeks. Add 1-2 weeks for Customs Clearance and Delivery to your facility. If you have an urgent matter, please let us know. We can attempt to expedite the process.

Q. What do I do if something is damaged in transit?
A. If the insurance is arranged by you, follow up with your insurance company for the Claim Procedure. In all cases, don't let the driver leave without noting the damage on the Bill of lading. Ask the driver what the claims process is. Take photographs of the damage if at all possible.
